I love all those posts about the cute things that people's kids say. Kids say the darnest things, right? Well my kids are no exception. Reeve is the one that cracks us up the most. I think it is just because he is so little and the stuff that comes out of his mouth just makes you LOL! so I will start with him and hopefully I can remember all the cute phrases he says....well not all of them but the ones that make us laugh
1. When Reeve wants a peppermint, he will say "mom can I get a minute?" I often think in my head...."Son can I get a minute?" LOL
2. Oh my goodness! I can't believe it! He gets that from my mother. This is in response to many things throughout the day.
3. When ever we are getting dressed he runs to his closet and ask me to hand him his dress. I think he just has heard me tell the girls to get dressed. I try to correct him but he things they are called dresses.
4. Anytime we are out doing anything, if he sees someone doing something...the second they are done he yells "my turn" He does this at church when someone is done speaking, or recently at a baptism.
5. The other day he said "mom I am scared of pirates." I asked why. He said "Because a pirate goes like this ARRRGGG"
6. Anytime I call Reeve a name like Baby, Sweetie, etc. He always says "I not baby (etc) I Reeve."
7. Anytime he gets excited about anything he yells "Partay! Partay!"
Millie some of the funny things she does/says
One morning as we were getting ready for school. Millie told Tesi that she looked like a flower. Tesi responded thank you...to which Millie responded "I dont know why you dont say that I look like a flower?"
When we told the girls we were going to Disney World we surprised them with a cake that had a mickey mouse on it. When I finally told them where we were going. Millie responded....that's great but can we eat it (meaning the cake)?
when Millie is telling a story she says "All dat sudden" like a million times...again she gets it from my mother
Tesi....
Same incident when we told the girls we going to Disney World. I told them they could not eat the cake because that was our ticket to Disney. Tesi looked at Millie and said "does this make sense to you?"
if I am stressing about something she often says "Girl you just got let that go"I have NO clue where she got that.
Anytime Tesi opens a present she gets so excited. She will oh and aww over it. Shout how much she loves it...Then will sometimes say "What is it?" I love it because she is just so grateful to have someone give her something she loves it even if she does not know what it is.
that is all I can think of for now...but these kids are so darn cute and just keep us laughing constantly.
